Named MWS client work

The founder did not need a better ghostwriter. He needed a system that could hear him.

How MWS turned unscripted voice notes into a repeatable founder-content workflow for TracXon.

The context

TracXon is a deep-tech printed and flexible electronics company. Ashok Sridhar knows the substance, but founder-led content was difficult to produce consistently without diluting the original voice.

The constraint

Traditional agency or ghostwriting workflows made the writing smoother but less recognisable. An audit of existing output found that founder-written posts performed 4–6× better than agency-written posts. Voice fidelity was the strategic constraint.

The important failure

Version 1 sounded too polished. It removed fragments, repetition, and distinctive phrasing. Version 2 preserved those rough edges. The system was rebuilt around fidelity rather than grammatical perfection.

The proof

The later pilot produced 250+ reactions and real business inquiries. This is client work from the first content pilot, not a guaranteed or repeatable performance promise.

The operating principle

Automation prepares the work. The founder still owns the thinking and approves anything published under their name.

The wider MWS lesson

The reusable asset is the architecture: voice capture, content strategy, AI-assisted production, human approval, publishing, and measurement. The tools can change. The workflow is the product.

The content architecture

  • Founder voice for first-person, opinionated, lived-experience posts
  • Company voice for predictions, explainers, and company-level narrative
  • Reusable themes including reality check, the shift, the explainer, the framework, and prediction
  • Format rotation across image posts, carousels, and infographics

Build the workflow around the real voice.
