Why I built Magic Wand Solutions
I spent more than ten years building content and knowledge systems at companies including Adobe and NetApp. Then I completed a full-time MBA in the Netherlands and started Magic Wand Solutions in 2024.
Large companies taught me how quickly content, tools, and ownership can become complicated. Small businesses have the opposite problem. The owner is often the strategy, reception desk, marketer, and escalation path at the same time.
MWS is where I apply enterprise systems thinking without bringing enterprise theatre with it. I test ideas on real work before I recommend them. If a simpler process can solve the problem, I will say so.
