Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about AI, websites, automation and how I work with owner-led businesses.

27 questions, answered plainly.

What does Magic Wand Solutions do?

I help owner-led businesses use AI and simple systems to save time and answer customers faster. That covers AI reception, websites with booking paths, marketing systems and workflow automation.

Who is this for?

Small, owner-led businesses in the Netherlands, mostly service and hospitality businesses. Teams and business schools can also book workshops.

Do I need to know which AI tool I want?

No. Bring the problem. I will tell you whether AI is the answer, or whether a better website, a simpler process or normal automation does the job.

What is an AI opportunity audit?

It is a focused conversation about one recurring problem. We look at who does the work, which tools are involved and what the problem costs today. You leave with a clear next step.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call is a short conversation to see whether there is a useful fix. There is no deck and no pitch.

How long is the first call?

About 20 minutes. Bring one problem that keeps interrupting your work.

What should I prepare before the call?

A rough idea of the problem, the tools you already use and who does the work today. You do not need a written brief.

Do I need to know which problem to start with?

No. Name the part of your week that feels slow, repetitive or easy to lose. We pick the one worth fixing first.

Will an AI receptionist pretend to be human?

No. It is honest about what it is and hands over to a person when it should. You decide how it introduces itself.

Can an AI receptionist answer questions about prices and availability?

Only with answers you approve. Anything uncertain gets routed to you or to a person, not guessed.

What happens when a caller needs a person?

The assistant collects the reason for the call and the contact details, then routes the enquiry to the right person or to a callback queue. Nothing gets lost in between.

Will you replace the tools I already use?

Only when there is a clear reason. I prefer to use what already works and add the smallest missing connection.

Do you build websites in English and Dutch?

Yes. Bilingual websites switch language instantly, without sending visitors through a reload. Each language gets its own content, not a rough machine translation.

Do I own the website after launch?

Yes. You own the site, the content and the accounts. I document the important parts so you are not dependent on one person to make changes.

Will you hand over the documentation?

Yes. You get a handover that explains how the site or system works, where things live and what to check if something changes.

Can you help with marketing content?

Yes. I build content systems around your real expertise, offers and customer questions. You review and approve before anything goes out.

Will the content sound like a robot?

I build the voice from your own words and examples. Nothing is published without your review, and you can cut anything that does not sound like you.

Do you post on social media for clients?

Sometimes. Social content can be part of a project, with your approval before anything is published. Paid campaigns are scoped separately.

How do you handle my data?

I only use the data the project needs and I explain where it is stored. The privacy policy on this site describes the details and your rights.

What does a project usually start with?

A short audit. We pick one leak, measure what it costs and decide whether a small fix is worth building.

How do you decide what to automate?

I automate repeated steps with clear rules. Work that needs judgement, empathy or a personal decision usually stays with a person, and I say so.

Is the price fixed?

Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprise invoices for work nobody approved.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

You set the boundaries and the approved answers. Uncertain cases go to a person, and we review real conversations regularly to fix what drifts.

Can I stop after the audit?

Yes. The audit gives you a clear next step, even if the answer is that you do not need me.

Do you run workshops for teams?

Yes. Hands-on AI workshops for corporate teams, SME founders and business schools. See the workshops page for the formats.

What is the difference between a workshop and a project?

A workshop teaches your team to use AI in their own work. A project builds a specific system for one business problem. Many clients start with one and move to the other.

Who is behind Magic Wand Solutions?

I am Amit. I run Magic Wand Solutions from Nieuwegein and do the building myself, so you talk to the person doing the work.

Still got a question?

Ask it in a 20-minute call. No deck. No pitch.
